Amazing bits of flame war going on thru the forums - prim hogging and related issues. Kind of interesting to be friendly with both sides... I guess I'm a "secondary participant" - I gotta respond to that comment somehow, but subtly...

Last night (Thursday 20 Nov): Garth Fairlight and Pituca Chang's wedding....
Some idiot griefer crashed the Lime sim before things got rolling - I hope he or she gets what's coming...

Fifty-two avatars in one sim... (and the sim stayed up!) ...priceless...
Awesome time - never saw so many avs in one place and WELL BEHAVED - there was remarkably little to no chatter during the ceremony itself. My hearty congrats to the happy couple. "Pituca and Garth can't answer IM right now... please leave your message at the beep..."
BIG kudos to Baccara, Fey, Athos and everyone else who had a hand in pulling this together for our friends...
And whether decorated or not, the runway was a perfect setting from which to launch their new union... and we got to see the magnificent cathedral at the reception too!
It was truly incredible, and a night to remember.

Last night was Garth Fairlight's bachelor party.
Coincidentally enough, it was my first exposure ( no pun intended ) to Marilyn Murphy's club / dancing; Liberty Tesla was there as well, helping maintain the festivities. Quite a few folks in attendance: Garth, Bone, Crow, JM, Flea, and some others I didn't know well.
Still thinking about the great work I saw at Myradyl Muse's place last week - gorgeous work - as well as the shore house that Odalisque vonLenard has with Ramon Kothari (and/or Sinatra Cartier? I think he's nearby).
I miss the Americana builds - but it's been too long since I've built anything of consequence. Trying to mess with a ball game for Linden World, aiming for December. Still pondering what to do with the 9/11 memorial - needs a permanent home.
